IT'S MY FIRST CLASS, HOW EARLY DO I ARRIVE?
Welcome! Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for check-in, prep, and a smooth start.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR INFERNO HOT PILATES/CYCLONE45/TNT?
For Inferno Hot Pilates: mat, mat towel, face towel. For Cyclone45: cycling shoes. For TNT: sneakers.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you sign up and cannot attend a class, you must cancel 12 hours in advance to class start time. Please note that members will be charged $25 for a non-show to a class that was late cancelled less than 12 hours in advance of class start time.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN SPOT?
Yes! Members may pick your own spot via the Inferno App. Download via iPhone or Android.
LATE ARRIVALS
Available spots will be offered to waitlisted members after class time starts. Please arrive on time!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear moisture-wicking, clothes you can move in. Shorts, leggings, and a tank or sports bra work great.
WHAT IF THE CLASS FILLS UP BEFORE I CAN SIGN UP?
Join our waitlist. By waitlisting, you agree that you’re able to attend class if a spot opens for you. You also acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Must opt into notifications to receive notice!
WHAT IF I GOT OFF THE WAITLIST FOR A CLASS AND DID NOT KNOW?
If you’re added to a class from the waitlist but missed the notification, we consider the date and time you were officially placed in the class when applying our cancellation policy. Must be opted into notifications to receive notice!
WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer full showers and lockers!
DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?
We’ve got you covered! Mats, mat towels, and cycling shoes are available to rent for up to $6 at the studio.
DO YOU OFFER WATER?
Bottled water is available to purchase, or feel free to use our free filtered water fountain with your own bottle.
MEDIA RELEASE:
We love sharing our energy with the online community, and many of our classes are filmed to create weekly content. If you’d prefer not to be filmed, please let us know when you arrive. We’ll be happy to accommodate you by not recording near your area, or not recording at all!
