I am a native of Montana, and I take great pride in the upbringing and experiences this beautiful state has provided. It has been the setting for raising my family and the foundation of my early development as a gymnast. Transitioning into parenthood sparked a deep interest in nutrition and well-being, ultimately evolving into a passion. First, you’ll be taken to a calendar where you'll pick a time to book your free 30 Minute Discovery Call.

Once you pick a time on the calendar, you’ll receive an email with a form where you’ll answer some questions about yourself, your situation and your goals.

On the call, we’ll talk about your goals and map out a personalized plan for success, and whether or not 1:1 coaching would be a good fit for you. If we decide to move forward, we’ll get you onboarded at a time that works best for you and get started!

We don't just throw you into workouts—we start with a detailed assessment to understand how your body moves, where imbalances or weaknesses may exist, and what limitations might be holding you back. From there, we create a customized plan that blends mobility, stability, strength, and corrective strategies to improve how you move and feel.

What happens when I apply?

Once you apply, you'll first be asked to complete a participation release form. This helps ensure we have your consent to move forward safely and responsibly.

After that, you’ll be invited to schedule a discovery call. This is a no-pressure conversation where we’ll discuss your goals, any current pain or movement limitations, and what you’re hoping to get out of the program. It’s also a chance to see if this approach is the right fit for you.

The goal is to understand your needs, answer any questions, and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward with training.
