It's rainy and overcast for the 100th day it seems.
And you just can't help but be down.
I get. I hear you. Especially those who are used to driving in to work and are completely out of your routine.
It's hard.
These times, they are a little crazy and who knows what tomorrow will bring.
Am I right?
Well I'm here to remind you to keep calm, PRAY and carry on.
There are many things you can do to improve your mood and just feel better given our current situation.
One is to MOVE! Exercise! Get those natural endorphins going!
And time is most likely NOT an issue. You CAN take time for yourself because everything is cancelled.
I keep seeing meme's of people talking about how much weight they are going to gain from eating all day since they are stuck at home.
I get it.
The temptation is real.
One thing to combat that is not buying junk food ( most of it is sold out anyway) and cooking real food.
Another is to get your workout in so you get those amazing endorphins going and you are less likely to stuff your face.
So what can I do to help?
